You retain all right, title, and ownership in all presentation slides, graphics, brand assets, presenter notes, audio samples, and exported video pitch files created through the Service. Deckonn claims zero ownership rights over your content.
4. Acceptable Use and Voice Cloning Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Synthesize or clone the voice of any individual without their explicit consent.
- Generate defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful presentation materials.
- Distribute unauthorized mass spam or deceptive outreach.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or security of the Service.
5. Free Beta Credits & Subscription Tiers
Beta accounts receive 5 complimentary full-length video generations. Upgraded tiers (such as Creator Pro and Agency) provide expanded capabilities, custom voice cloning, and higher export volumes, and can be adjusted or canceled anytime from your account dashboard.
